No issue, they fit great and this is in the Caribbean SVG , which is 220v.

Doesn't fit all bulbs
Didn't power on the bulb until I bent up the center pin. The surrounding plastic is too high to let the bulb contact the pin. Not great but it kinda works.

Works but you may have to alter center pin on adapter
Product(s)work. But only after having to pull the center metal tab out almost straight inside the adapter in order for it to reach the USA light bulb. Another thing that will prevent these adapters from working is if your light fixture is not properly grounded either on the light socket screw side or the ceiling ground side as the two prongs that seat the adapter into the B22 lamp socket are earth and are required for B22 bulbs to work at all.

CONVERT UK BAYONET TO USA EDISON SCREW IN
I spent 6 weeks trying to figure out to convert my beloved 240 UK lamps to 120V US. I thought it would be a simple matter of changing the socket- oh heck no! The shade design was part of the socket mechanism and could not be changed. After weeks of looking for 120 volt bayonet bulbs (which dont exist) I was ready to throw them out when I found these. They were delivered quickly- faster than expected- and screwed right into the bayonet receiver allowing an Edison type bulb to be used. Then a quick change of the plug from 240 to 120 and they were fixed. I am so pleased I found this! Saved me so much heartache. I converted two matching lamps.

Limited bulb accommodation
The adapter would not accommodate a CFL or LED bulb. The opening was too narrow so I had to modify it to fit n LED bulb.
