Q: can it be mounted on the side or would it leak thay way?

I would probably not mount it on the side as I looked at the design of it and it would possibly leak water into where the solar panel and the fan motor come together

Q: Whats its cubic feet per hr.

I don’t remember if it had any of those specs on the package but it’s pretty decent speed and it’s a constant as long as there is sunlight if there is no sunlight it will not work as it is not a battery storage solar power unit straight sun only
