I bought these because the dog boots rub. My mental Springer doesn't notice thorns until she's home. She also nibbles so bad she draws blood. The socks stop her hurting herself at home. My girl has big pads but slim ankles. So we got medium after asking for advice. The packs are in pairs which is handy because you're not constantly replacing 4 in one go! When worn on laminate or tiles it stops scoobie do style running on the spot and sloping into doors. The reason for a 4 and not a 5, they turn round! So the pad faces up and not down. I think a better design would be the rubber all the way round so turning won't matter. As it is it tended to only turn when she was on no 10 mental dog factor and bouncing off the walls. Walking was fine. With our Springer there's no middle ground! I will buy again!

My westie needed surgery on her paw last week. I have had to cover it when she goes out, due to her having stitches. These socks arrived today and they are perfect. They have a lot of stretch in them, so are easy to get on and off and so far she has kept it on. I have just brought some more for her.

Ceramic floors so dog slides around just one of these on paw with arthritis and he gets up like he used too. Amazing slippers. If limping after walk put one on for few hours whilst in house and his like new again

My 16 yer old collie seems to like these - she doesn't try to take them off.They fit nicely and allow her to walk on the tiled kitchen floor without slipping and sliding.

Tried all sorts of products for my staffie but these stayed on the longest. Toenail split vet had to pull off needed something to protect paw for a few days. These are OK

Too small for my lab even though m/l size bought. Kept turning around so grips were on top.

Excellent product. Bought the M-L for my 17Kg Collie and the socks stay on very well. Needed them to help stop her from licking one paw and it has worked. Very useful product.
