Grabbed this to keep around the house and its been great. You clip it on your finger and in about 5 seconds you got your oxygen and pulse right there. The display is bright enough that I can read it easy even without my glasses, and it works fine in a bright room or sunlight too. It comes with the batteries already so I could use it right out the box, and theres a lanyard in there too. The clip has good spring to it and fits my finger snug without pinching. Readings came out about the same each time I checked. Small enough to toss in a bag or keep in a drawer. For the price this is a solid thing to have around. Recommended.

I bought the HOLFENRY Pulse Oximeter because it was inexpensive, but my experience has been very concerning. It consistently showed my oxygen saturation at 98–99%, which made me think everything was fine. However, every time I went to my doctor's office, their medical-grade equipment measured my oxygen between 88–90%. That is a huge difference and could be medically significant. If I had relied only on this device, I might have delayed getting treatment because I believed my oxygen levels were normal. I understand that consumer pulse oximeters are not the same as hospital-grade equipment, but readings that are consistently off by nearly 10 percentage points are unacceptable. For a device that's supposed to help monitor oxygen levels, inaccurate results can provide false reassurance and potentially put someone's health at risk. I would not recommend this product to anyone who needs accurate oxygen monitoring for a medical condition
