A great product for anyone in the Painting industry. A great design that serves the purpose of hanging brushes in a 5 gallon bucket. It is strong, sturdy, durable and resistant.You can hang up to 5 brushes on one hanger. What makes this product special is the ability to hang the brushes in water or mineral spirits if using oil based paints. The paint passively comes out of the brush and settles to the bottom. If using water, I cover the bucket with plastic secured with blue tape to prevent splashing during transport. Do not over fill because the water can damage the wood handle of the brush. Only submerge the brush enogh so the bristles are in the water half way to the middle of the metal sleeve that holds the bristles together. This is just a way to prevent paint from hardening in the brush bristles. When hanging oil based brushes place the bucket in a well ventilated area away from ignition sources. The fumes can self combust any solvent and become a fire hazard.I recommend this product to any building contractors looking to extend the life of their paint brushes. The price is more than adequate in the production of this great invention. Before this I used to use an electric wire tied to the bucket handle. It stays firmly on edges of the bucket. I planned to use it, for storing brushes used for oiled based brushes, after the job is done, but unfortunately I have difficulties in sealing the bucket with a cover, it just doesn't close and the ordour spreads over the place.But I do use it for storing cleaned brushes after water based paints, and it works great!
