DELTA FAUCET T4797-LHP, 3.25 x 11.25 x 17.50 inches, Chrome

Just received this today and i have to say it is absolutely gorgeous! It’s like jewelry for your bathroom! I ordered in chrome. All pieces are very heavy and feel like they are made extremely well except for the hand held shower piece. It’s plastic which was sorta disappointing. The last tub set we had also had a hand held shower piece and it was metal and heavy I believe it was price pfister. Anyway, I can’t wait to get it all installed! I’ll update once it’s all in. Oh and i also revived order right away, no delays and everything seems to be in perfect condition.

This is a heavy duty trim set! We waited for a long time to pick the one we wanted after we got the rough in set, and I am glad we went with this one. It came so shiny and heavy duty right out of the box! My husband was able to set it no problem/ however we did forget to tighten the screw behind the main faucet and when I went to pull up the thing to turn on the hand shower it came off - so that little screw is VERY important!!! LOL.Other than that, which was user error, it has been perfect so far!

On the plus side,this faucet is gorgeous. With the cross handles (sold separately), it looks absolutely amazing. Two things drag the rating way down. For one thing, the way the spout mounts to the rough in is pretty week, prone to leaking, and just generally cheesy,especially compared to the more substantial connections of the handles to the rough in. This could be lived with, but the more significant problem is with the spout itself. At the point where the "arm" is connected to the "body" (my layman's terminology), there is some corrosion (faucet is new out of the box) and it actually weeps drops of water when the faucet is running. I guess I'll find out how good delta's lifetime warranty really is.

Beautiful faucet seems well made, however the hand held is all plastic and was a bit disappointing.
