Recently purchased customized pen holder with clock fr my hubby's birthday from Shivom Crafts. Got the same delivered as mentioned during order!! Quality and output ws too gud as expected. Bt the clock wasn't working properly. Had called them and infd about it and send a video. Without any hesitation or second thought - they had agreed to replace the clock.
