Won't break like the cheaper two piece hammers.
I was sick of hammers breaking on me, the heads were fine just the neck of the hammer is the fail point, lots of cheaper hammers are two piece metal, wood or fiberglass. This is one piece forged steel so it will never break or bend with normal use. You know the old saying lads... You buy cheap you buy twice!!! This is well with the €45 and it will probably outlive my children's grandchildren ha! Easily the best of the midrange hammers. Full body construction. Love the quality and the features. Some of the paint comes off with use but it give it a nice patina look.

Quality.
Haven't had an estwing in years but finally bought this one. Other hammers will have some kind of small warp or bend somewhere not noticeable to most but this hammer is perfectly straight and formed everywhere. Only gripe is some paint flecks but this is to be expected. The face is not large so advised for professionals in my opinion.

Not sure why it says short handle as it's longer than my curved claw estwing. Beautiful hammer and a joy to use.

I had a crackhead steal my Milwaukee hammer and it was a 19oz so I found this 15oz and figured it would be lighter and I don’t really hammer things as I am a sprinkler fitter, it’s been great, the handle absorbs impact and came sharp.

Il a fière allure, c’est presque dommage de s’en servir. Son équilibre est correct, j’ai connu mieux mais peu de gens seront sensibles à cela. Il fait le job. Je prendrai du plaisir à l’utiliser, même si je préfère les marteaux à manche anti vibrations pour le soin du corps évident qu’ils procurent..

Awesome balance, great to use. I was excited to use the nail puller on one the side of the head, unfortunately it's pretty useless. Otherwise a great hammer for most tasks, lovely grip in the hand.
