No doubt this product is really useful for everyday cooking. The highlight is their service. After 5 months of use it showed some error and stopped working. But the process of claiming warranty and ease of replacement is the key.

Good product, makes cooking easy and convenient for new mothers and working ladies. I need to mention a few points. After two months of use, the cooker suddenly stopped working, but since it was under warranty, the company replaced it with a new one after a single call. Thanks to Agaro customer care for the quick response, and special thanks to Payal Ghosh, who was looking into the matter.

I bought my cooker about 11 months ago. It was working fine for 10 months, then i started getting an error with the product. I reached out to agaro customer care, they were very helpfull and supportive. They replaced the cooker with a new one. Shoutout to Payel gosh, the customer support representative who helped me. Thanks for your support. About the working of the cooker itself, Capacity : 3 L if cooking without the steamer. 1L if steamer is used at the same time. Ease of cleaning: only need to clean the inner vessel than the whole thing. Better than a pressure cooker. The white things has to be cleaned about once a month. If left unclean for a long time, it will give a foul smell. Value for money: yes, especially if you steam often. Steaming is very quick. Rice is made at the right consistency everytime regardless of how much water is added to the vessel. Taste is good, if not better

This Rice cooker is worst product.very bad product. The rice pot is very small , you can cook rice only for two people . It not for family.The price is so high but not enough space.not value for money .Don’t buy it if you want to buy for your family purpose. If you want to use for two people you can buy it . But not worthy at this price . I am writing honest review. There is no refund or return policy for this item.even do not have open box policy . If you got damaged product you can not retrun it , you need to contact rice cooker customer care . I don’t recommend it . Don’t buy it .

It was a good product, but I don’t know why it is not working after 10 months. After that. I raise the complaint to the customer care. They have respond very good and very politely and they delivered the new one. As soon as the warranty has not ended, thank you, thank you for supporting and sending the product as soon as possible.
