Sucction power and air volume are off the scale!
The HEPA motor filter is easy to access and replace! On the old Blizzard model, the motor filter was burried deep into the casing, making it very hard to reach! Much better design on this one.

Very poor performance
I bought this Miele vacuum cleaner just over 2 years ago and as an owner of 2 previous Miele vacuum cleaners that both lasted over 15 years each, I cannot say how disappointed I am with this model and I wish that I had never bought it.Unfortunately most of the problems started after it was out of warranty so I was unable to take it back - it has extremely poor suction and does not pick up things very well; I have always cleaned the filters regularly and replaced then as advised in the manual but to no avail. I have several other Miele appliances and have always recommended the brand but will not any more. In frustration I sent a letter to Miele customer service however all they offered to do was have a look at it - for £175 !! Terrible customer service - I could buy a new vacuum cleaner for that price!Would definitely NOT recommend

Terrible quality
Had two, both suffered major issues with hose attaching/ staying attached. Incredibly flimsy for a machine of this price and customer service appalling.
