Very good supplement.
I have diverticular disease without too many problems but when I occasionally have trouble I take these for a few days and they are helpful. The price is good too. Would definitely recommend them.

Definitely worth it!
I don't normally write reviews but do tend to read them. I've been taking these for a week and a half now. I'm very impressed!!! In that time I have had several bowel movements, where normally I would have had 2 if I'm lucky! They have reduced the bloating feeling significantly too. I've scored it 4 stars rather than 5 simply because it's still fairly early days. But I'm hopeful that these are the answer to my prayers!!!!!
