“The product quality is good, but 2 items are missing. I ordered a 20-piece dinner set and received only 18 pieces. Additionally, one thermocol piece was damaged.”

I have received only 13 units and in details they have mention 20 units 4 soup bowls n salt n pepper bottle is missing I didn't receive

Decent product, good to use, bad packaging
The product was delivered well in time but came with marks even in packaging. There were yellow and brick red spots on the salt & pepper holders and the small bowls. However, they came off after a good wash and the products seem to be easy to handle. The products are a value for money and for now seem to be a good purchase.
