Outstanding performance and reliability!
I am absolutely blown away by the Ninja Everclad Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Pan! As someone who loves cooking and has tried my fair share of cookware, this pan has quickly become a kitchen favorite. It combines professional-grade performance with exceptional durability, and it makes cooking a joy every time I use it. Superior Cooking Performance: The heat distribution on this pan is second to none. Whether I’m searing steaks, sautéing vegetables, or simmering sauces, the Ninja Everclad Pan ensures even heat throughout. There are no hot spots, and everything cooks beautifully and consistently. My food browns evenly and cooks faster than with my previous pans, which is a huge time-saver! I can also achieve restaurant-quality sears on meats, which is impressive for a home kitchen. Commercial-Grade Durability: This pan is built like a tank. The construction is solid and feels incredibly durable, with its multi-layered stainless steel and aluminum core. The Everclad technology ensures long-lasting performance without warping or scratching, even with daily use. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it still looks brand new! It’s clearly made to withstand years of heavy cooking, and it’s great to know I’ve invested in cookware that will last. Nonstick Performance (Without the Chemicals): I was particularly impressed by how this pan offers a near nonstick experience without using any toxic chemicals. The stainless steel surface allows me to cook with less oil, and food doesn’t stick as easily, making cleanup a breeze. It’s like having the best of both worlds—commercial-grade stainless steel with the ease of cooking that rivals nonstick pans. Ergonomic and Comfortable Handle: The handle design is top-notch. It’s ergonomically shaped, and I love how comfortable it feels in my hand. It’s also heat-resistant, so I don’t have to worry about burning myself while cooking on the stovetop. The riveted handle adds extra durability, ensuring it won’t come loose over time. Plus, it has a nice, balanced weight that makes it easy to maneuver without being too heavy or unwieldy. Easy to Clean: Cleanup is a breeze! I’ve found that the Ninja Everclad Pan is surprisingly easy to clean compared to other stainless steel pans I’ve owned. The food doesn’t stick, so washing it is quick and effortless. I’ve also thrown it in the dishwasher a few times without any issues. It maintains its shine and finish, and I’ve never seen any discoloration or rust. Versatility for Any Cooking Style: This pan is incredibly versatile and works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, and electric. It also has an oven-safe design, so I can easily transfer dishes from the stovetop to the oven for finishing. Whether I’m frying, browning, simmering, or even baking, this pan does it all—and does it exceptionally well. Final Thoughts: The Ninja Everclad Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Pan is by far one of the best pieces of cookware I’ve ever used. From its impeccable cooking performance and durability to its ease of use and cleanup, it has exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a high-quality, versatile, and long-lasting pan, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s a game-changer in the kitchen!

Long lasting quality at an affordable price!
Bought this set as a wedding gift for my son and he loves it! I also purchased these Bar Maid cleaner to go with it, since cleaning these stainless pans sometimes is a chore. The Barmaid definitely helps. The set is high quality and should last a lifetime. I still have my Paul Revere set my mother gave me for my wedding 37 years ago. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I’m in love with my set
My husband and I use these on a daily basis. Cooking with Stainless is not hard. The pans have even heat distribution, your food can come out non-stick and look amazing. The quality is great and they are easy to clean. They look beautiful on my open shelving as well.

Great skillet
Great skillet! Heats evenly, and produces a great sear. Having used it for several months now I can tell you it has held up well so I would say it is durable. As with all stainless steel it will stick, however that can be reduced by preheating the pain before use. It needs to be hot enough that if you put water in it would bead up immediately. And then use oil. I recommend one of those little oil sprayers, saves so much oil and keeps the calories down. As for cleaning, barkeepers friend is your friend and using it once a week will keep the pan as shiny as the day it arrived.

Great quality, but hard to use.
I will preface this by saying that I have always cooked on cast iron before purchasing this. I believe this pan to be good quality. I have very little experience with stainless steel cookware. It feels substantial and is quite large. If you’re really really good at cooking on stainless steel, this is probably a nice product for you. There is a very large learning curve to using this it seems. The informational magnet that is included is very helpful at tempering this. I can cook excellent steaks, pork chops and chicken breasts, perfectly seared with a nice crust on the outside. However, anything else it seems is a no go. Eggs, any kind of sauce, rice, and even some vegetables. They all stick no matter how long I pre heat with oil or how low of a temperature I use. I now exclusively use this pan for proteins. Also when things stick, it’s extremely hard to get clean. I have found great success with using a cif cream, being careful to follow the milling and not damage the pan.

Glass lid SHATTERED while cooking! NO warranty support from Ninja
We have owned numerous Ninja products and always been pretty happy with their quality, so when considering the different brands when it was time to purchase new cookware, Ninja was in the top 3. Buying a set of new cookware is a big decision these days when you want quality that will last for years, because cookware isn’t cheap. We trusted the Ninja name to provide that high quality as it has in the past with other products, so we remained loyal customers with a house full of Ninja products and chose this set. We’ve owned this set of cookware for just over two months now and they have been just okay (they stick really badly despite knowing how to cook and prep the cookware to avoid sticking) until cooking dinner last night when the glass lid on one of the pots shattered on the stove! The eye was on medium high heat, just below boiling. Glass went everywhere- into the food and allover the stovetop. I suspect this could be due to the design we worried about when we did first get these- there is no hole in the lids to allow for ventilation as other brands have. The lids shake a good bit if boiling in them. Another reason we chose Ninja for this purchase is their warranty. UPDATE on that after two weeks of contacting them - - they offer NO support, no option for refund, etc if you do not buy from them directly!! If you buy on Amazon you will get no support from Ninja. And they seemingly sell these sizes of cookware in a set only, so if something goes wrong with one item, you’re basically out of luck. They’ve told me they have no lids in stock, can’t say if or when they will again, (kinda odd for a very common size sauce pot) and will not agree to a refund even for the one item, won’t agree to a credit on their website so I can order a different size, nothing. Quoting directly from their website: “We proudly guarantee the performance of your cookware for the original purchaser’s lifetime. Ninja EverClad™ Limited Lifetime Guarantee The Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and to the original product only. This warranty is not transferrable. Material & Workmanship SharkNinja warrants that Ninja EverClad™ cookware will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship throughout the original purchaser’s lifetime under normal use and following care instructions. SharkNinja will replace the original Ninja EverClad™ cookware product if the original product is deemed defective in material, construction, or workmanship within the original purchaser’s lifetime. Exclusions This warranty does not cover: Normal product wear and tear, such as stains, discoloration, pitting, or scratches on the interior or exterior surface of the product that do not materially impact the performance of the cooking surface Damage to the interior or exterior of the product arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use (such as boiling dry), or failure to follow the use and care instructions Damage, such as dents or scratches, to the product caused by utensil impacts or stacking during storage Discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat or prolonged heat exposure when empty Surface scratches caused by sharp utensils such as knives and forks Surface scratches caused by the use of appliances such as mixers Damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or bleach Commercial, professional, or workplace use Incidental or consequential damages” NONE of these exclusions apply here, yet when I called Ninja warranty for support I was told this was not something they would cover under their warranty!! SHATTERED glass while cooking!?!?! That’s like a vehicle manufacturer saying they’ll cover your truck but not the roof under the warranty. Kind of meaningless huh? I explained I am afraid to continue to use the other lids (not to mention, I’m short a lid now), as I’m afraid it will happen again. Why wouldn’t it? This could result in serious injury and Ninja should want to make this right and stand behind their product. These pots were packaged very well when they arrived, have been stored properly, handled with care and love- this is strictly poor workmanship and poor customer service. As expensive as things are these days, do yourself a favor and keep looking for another brand please.. I would not recommend this product at all.

Great set for the price
I’ve had these for a year now and the are still holding up perfectly. The variety of sizes of the pans and lids makes it easy to make a wide variety of dishes with ease. They are easy to clean and are very well made for the price.

Wonderful set of pans that will last forever...if you care for them correctly.
I've been using this set for around a year now and I absolutely love it. I switched from "non-stick" pans before, which always looked scratched and flaky after use, and after reading about the health hazards of non-stick pans, I wanted to switch to stainless steel. These stainless steel pans glimmer and shine like they're fresh out of the box, even after a year of use. Now, other reviewers have complained about food sticking during cooking: 1) you have to heat the pan with oils before adding your food, and always start with a heat setting lower than usual because they heat up very quick. 2) If food starts to stick, just add a little water, stock, or sauce to the pan and stir in vigorously while cooking, working at the areas where food has stuck or seared to the pan, and the bits stuck to the bottom will come loose. I've not had any problems with food sticking while following these guidelines. Also, you can use any utensil, but I find that wooden utensils work easiest while cooking and don't scratch. Second, cleaning is important: the pans will lose a bit of shine if not cleaned properly. I clean mine with The Pink Stuff, which is a slightly abrasive cleaner and it really lifts any residue to make the pan look practically brand new, and because the interior of the pans are a brushed steel, the cleaner doesn't leave any marks. These go in the dishwasher just fine, but might come out looking a little dull, so I prefer handwashing to preserve thier shine. If I had any complaints, it would be 1) they are a little heavy, which can make them difficult to handle, and 2) I wish the lids had a little lip to help with draining. Other than that, these are stunning pans and I won't use anything different. I'm already considering buying a second set so I have more and can extend the life of the pans I use the most. Don't let the cost put you off - the quality is amazing and if you care for the pans right, they will last decades, so they're great value for money.

Great set of pots and pans
Really happy with how these perform. They do run hot so start off on heat lower than you'd think. Highly recommend these. Easy to clean. No risk of Teflon coming off (there is none), doesnt stick. Easy to scrub. Stack nicely, good weight. No warping. Well worth the money

My Go-To Workhorse
This pan’s a beast. The tri-ply stainless steel heats evenly—no hot spots when searing steaks or crisping potatoes. Oven-safe to 600°F? Perfect for finishing dishes without swapping pans. Works flawlessly on my induction stove, and the handle stays cool(ish) and feels sturdy. Pros: - Durable: Survives my chaotic kitchen (and dishwasher). - Versatile: From eggs to braises, nothing sticks *too* bad if you preheat properly. - Sleek: Looks pro, even when I’m burning garlic. Cons: - Heavy: Arm day every time I flip a pancake. - Learning curve: Newbies might need patience with stainless steel’s stickiness. Verdict: Worth the splurge if you want a pan that’ll outlive your cravings

A shadow of the black Ninja fry pans.
Looks great out of the box. Heated to high before first use. Left the meat sear before turning only to find it is still sticking. Cleaning was problematic, only once you see the underside of the use instructions do you note, the specific stainless steel cleaning requirements and no mention of dishwasher safe... so manual cleaning, it still sticks like crazy, and quite disappointed actually. I LOVED the black Ninja pans, but the coating would come free and bubble, I thought this was the next best step. Alas, still trying to find that Unicorn in the kitchen.
