This was an expensive purchase for a kennel. I am happy to report that it is a quality item that is sturdy and is fairly easy to collapse and set up again. I bought it for an 8 week old puppy and although it is not a recommended size so early on, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Now 4 months, my pup is filling the space rapidly and he loves it. It is made to last.

Sturdy and easy to use.

Truly a winning crate. I was so hesitant to pull the trigger with the high cost, but I knew I was looking for something sturdier than the typical wire crate and I wanted it to look good with a matching one. I could not be happier! This was so easy to put together and it looks fantastic in a widely trafficked room. We have traveled with it one time, but just like advertised, its bulky and heavy. However, it DOES fold down so nicely! I have already recommended this to others and we now have 2.

Best crate there is. Dogs love it as do trainers.My dogs feel very safe in their Digg’s crates as opposed to the soft-sided crates which they dislike and are unsettled in. We have 3 dogs and their crates are their safe space- they love them.We started with 1 and since our other 2 liked it so much, we bought 2 more. Best around

It only took my German Shepherd puppy (age 3 months-6 months) 3 months to break the bottom tray. It didn’t just have little crack. It’s in pieces. Thank goodness we were home and got her out quickly. I shudder to think about what the outcome would have been if she ate any of the pieces. This would have been devastating not only because we love her but she is in training to become a service dog for my autistic daughter who has extreme anxiety issues.

Perfect for poodle

Let me start by saying the customer service is great! I had some missing parts in my shipment and it was more than remedied swiftly. However I have a 24 lb whippet with extreme separation anxiety. He destroyed this in an hour to my disappointment. The concept is great and love the crate but it is definitely not recommended for dogs with anxiety.

I’ve had this crate for 8 months. It’s a great crate for our standard poodle. I wanted to share my experience with Diggs. I’ve had 2 small issues since purchasing. The first was a couple of dings on the door from shipping. The second was a cracked base. The Diggs team is FANTASTIC at resolving issues quickly! They communicate quickly and have completely resolved both issues for us. It is an expensive crate, but rest assured, if you need help or have any problems, they are excellent!
