Is the best and I recommend it to anybody older than 40 y.0. It dissolves 2 arterialAtherosclerotic plaques en 3 years and my angiogram dhows clean arteries 20 years later. Other friends report lower cholesterol and stop hair loss

Good for what it is. It DOES cause very modest flushing, though nowhere near as bad as niacin does. I feel it now in my sinuses. Not bad but noticeable.

Knee Problems?
My husband has terrible problems with his knees. Hurting all the time unable to stand very long. He’s tried several things even shots etc. nothing helped. I bought these and he started them. Went from complaining daily to never complaining. They have tremendously helped him. Janet Colvin

No difference whatsoever with or without it
Couldn't tell you. I have not noticed a difference using this stuff at all. I'm not out of it yet. Giving update later when I know more.

I'm not sure if I trust that these are the same vitamin I've been taking Nicotinamide same dose same company for a while they've always look like the one on the left and now today's refill is Shades Darker and chalky!!??
