so small their not even flies yet, guess i'l just have to wait for them to pupate.the media (the goop they eat) was all over the inside of the container, mixed in with the wood fibre stuff, i suspect it will go mouldy before they are old enough to transfer.3 stars because they appear to be alive, it arrived in 2 days and the container is in 1 piece.

perfect for my young mantis,had to wait a few days for them to hatch.Which is what I wanted.(that way you get all live flies!)When they started to hatch,i got over2 weeks supply of flies.Loads & loads of them!bought some more small ones,then moved up to large size.Same supplier,same excellent quality,& price!

The original package leaked the culture in transit, all I got for my money was a box of very stinky goo. I phoned Livefoods direct to report the issue, their response was first class. They immediately sent some replacement flies and culture which arrived the next day. I will definately deal with them again.

This is not a fruit fly culture but just a pot of live fruit flies, so really not what is advertised.

My mantis nymphs all said they enjoyed the flies.

Fruit fly culture arrived in tact and hatched after 5 days. The first bloom of fly's looks promising. Happy with this product

Although customer service was absolutely fantastic the product was poor. It was so shaken the flies were all dead and the larvae did not produce.

No culture, just flies, poor value
