My husband and I were looking specifically for a monitor that had both a parent unit and an app that we could check in on the kids since we both frequently need to travel for work.There does not seem to be many options that weren’t incredibly expensive that had both an app and parent monitor.So we bought this when we had our second child and absolutely love it. We had a Hubble premium pal monitor before this which was way more expensive and the sound and video were really bad. We also notice the battery is better off the bat.I noticed a few bad reviews that the actual parent monitor isn’t WiFi and I actually prefer it being non WiFi as it’s never glitchy, randomly loosing signal, or lagging like our last monitor did which was wifi.All around a great buy and hopefully our last baby monitor purchase.

I hate this monitor! 1- when ever there is a noise in one room our monitor kept switch to full view of that room so we could see what was going on in the other room. Why!2- the temperature reading is a joke says my one child's room is 107 degree, then 95 degrees meanwhile the room next to it is 32 degrees .3- after a few month of having it the monitor stopped working and it took over a month to get a replacement.4- it's constantly showing an error message where the video cuts off to one of the rooms.5- it would show lots of symbols on the screen and no where in the user manual or their site does it explain what the f they mean.Save your money!

I have the 2 cameras and I love it, I have a new born and a toddler so I have to keep an eye on both. This makes it so easy to do that! The nigh vision is good quality as well.

Works great! Sound quality is and the night vision works fantastic! Motion detector does a great job of picking up when my baby is awake.

The baby monitor has been great so far. I had some issues with one of the monitors and the customer service team was great to work with!

This monitor often loses connection the second I walk out of my baby’s room and goes in and out constantly. I could not even rely on it to stay connected in the bedroom next to his room, let alone the living room or kitchen! It also has poor image quality and freezes a lot, so I was never sure if I was seeing my baby in real time or a freeze frame from 30 seconds ago. As a mom with postpartum anxiety, this baby monitor just made things worse. I was constantly worrying and finally bought a different monitor that is WAY better but around the same price point. This monitor is terrible quality and I am disappointed at all the great reviews because they led me astray.

This dual camera system was working great for about 2 months, then 1 camera quit working. I haven't been able to find a solution to fix it. Arenti support has yet to provide a solution or replacement option. So I am currently trying to rodeo a 2 child house with a 1 camera system :(Edit: took a lot of work and a lot of follow up with customer service but they honored the warranty and I received a replacement.

Good price for a great productEasy to set up and a great picture

I have had this monitor for 6 months now and had no complaints at all. Great picture (much better than our previous BT one), clear sound, lots of excellent functionality. Very slight issue with the aspect ratio for fullscreen on the app, as it seems to stretch the image a bit to fit, but I have a Galaxy Fold with an odd-sized screen, and it's not enough of a problem to bring my rating down. Noise detection function works well to switch between cameras at night when both kids are asleep, which is really useful.After 6 months of use, yesterday we found that the base unit wouldn't switch on, even with full charge. I sent an email to their Customer Support team with some short videos and in under 12 hours, Cathy had arranged for a new unit to be sent to us. Really impressed with this - some companies could learn a thing or two!

Perfect setup, picture quality even in low light is very clear, build quality is very good.very easy to operate. I think it is the best value for money.

Very nice and sensitive camera and monitor. The online is the brightness that reflects on the baby while sleeping other than that, it's perfect

It shows the two cameras. But it’s slow to react, like I hear my baby crying before the monitor light up and If the focus is on camera 1 and the kid on camera 2 cries, it does not switch the focus to the camera 2. Battery does not work for as long as we expected and the quality of the image when zooming in is not that great. Range is not so good either as sometimes it does disconnect with the camera on the room door. It takes too much time to turn on or off by pressing the power button.On the bright side, the integration with Alexa is a great feature. The fact that it gets completely dark when we switch off the working lights is also great, but I would expect more than just that on the value I paid for.
