Brushed Wool Plaid Scarf Made in Scotland

Love this pattern! Didn’t realize how rare this exact tartan plaid pattern was until I started searching on Amazon. The ones that did have a similar pattern were all oversized blanket scarves, not a normal scarf. And the blanket scarves are so huge and bulky, especially for my petite frame. While it was more expensive because it’s wool, it’s worth it. This color scheme looks great worn over a gray coat or sweater during the Christmas season.

This scarf is not worth the money. It is only about 12 inches wide and quite short. It was also abrasive. If I had met it on a blind date I would have turned around and walked right out of the cafe. I need a scarf that wide and soft and long. A scarf that envelopes me in warmth. I’m sorry, I had to send this back.

The wool is soft, and the colors vibrant. Although dry cleaning is recommended, I hand washed it in cold water and Woolite, and dried it over a chair--pressed with the iron while it was still hot and it looked like new. Warm and cozy.

Vibrant colors. Worth the price.

I read the reviews and risked purchasing because I loved the color. However, it was a very disappointing purchase. So thin and poor quality. I donated it as soon as I got it.
