Bought this for my 6’4” extra fluffy hubby! He usually buys suspenders from the Big and Tall store and they are skinny and uncomfy and the clips always break and he resorted to using key rings to keep them securely attached. And the elastic is shot within a short period of time.Since getting these suspenders my husband is in love!He loves that they are wider and more comfortable and that the clips are sturdy and easy to use.He also likes that it’s not 3 clip ‘Y’ and has 4 clips to connect to his belt loops on his pants, offering more support and better comfort.We will be purchasing more in the future!Highly recommend for all the tall and fluffy guys out there!

UPDATE: Adding a star back because after a year the elastic is still strong and the springs in the hooks work like new. I'm updating the review because I'm back to buy another pair in another color.The extra wide straps don't slide off your shoulders. They are long enough for really tall (or in my case, really wide) guys. The material is extra comfy. I'd easily give them 5 stars if the clasp was a little easier to operate with my thumb. The little bitty button is hard to keep a thumb on and the hooks swivel, so it takes more effort to clip/un-clip them.

I have worn braces for some 25 years, these are some of the most sturdy I have come across.The design is unusual, clipping onto belt loops, so you just have to be a little careful you have some in the right place! But this worked to my advantage: braces that run down the middle of my back make me very hot (maybe I'm aa bit odd!), but these clip more off-centre, because that's where the belt loops of my jeans are, so they don't make me overheat.They are also some of the widest braces I have come across, so might not look great with a suit. However, as they are heavyweight in design, I think they are designed more for physical work wear.Very pleased with them.
