This equipment is amazing. The metal is strong, easy to setup and the different lengths offers versitility in workouts. Superb! I hogh;y recommend this over other brands which is highway robbery in terms of pricing.

As an older guy just aiming for keeping in shape as opposed to muscle building this bar is a good addition for home use with resistance bands. It’s a good product providing you’re not expecting something resembling an Olympic bar.

Really struggling with putting this together. The instructions are not very clear on what goes where.

The instructions weren't really clear to me. I put it together but the straps were way too long. I got the idea of using only 1 strap instead of two and it's now at the perfect height. No slippage or anything. If you buy this, try the 2 strap method it suggests but if you find it too long like I did, use 1 strap.

Excellent bar and affordable. I love the large coated hooks. Feels very sturdy.

The resistance band bar itself is solid metal, which gives it a sturdy and durable feel. It provides a stable grip and works well for various exercises. However, after only a few uses, I noticed that the band is already fraying. Additionally, the coated hooks create friction that wears down the resistance bands much faster than normal use. While the concept is great and the bar itself feels high quality, the durability issues with the inner lining and band wear make it less reliable for long-term use. If the manufacturer improves these aspects, it could be a fantastic product.

The bar works great for its intended purpose, had to use different attachments to connect the bands.

I brought an X3 workout set. And when it arrived I realized the bar that comes with it is too short to accommodate my wide shoulders. I went to their site to request a longer bar and they said they can't replace the shorter bar with a longer one. But they would sell me a longer bar for $226.00. WTF???? There was no way I was doing that so I went to Amazon to find one on my own and low and behold I find THIS BEAUTY that's a PERFECT FIT!!!! And it's under 60 bucks!!!! SUCK IT X3!!!!
