Loving Mum Nursing Cover, Breastfeeding Top - Grey

I was really nervous about feeding in public as in front of family and friends I had used a muslin but it just kept falling down. I tried all sorts of tricks but it was just a faff.My friend had one of these nursing covers and just looked so easy to use....and it was. Main positives from using this myself was that it had a simple carry case, never fell down and you could concentrate on getting your little one latched rather than concentrate on your muslin and it is discreet and not obvious your feeding in public.I have seen other reviews about babies getting mesmerised with the pattern. This did happen at first but my baby got over it as soon as milk was there.I would highly recommend and the price is affordable and very reasonable. I certainly would pay this again for the fact it's made me so less anxious to feed in public.I have also read that it gets hot under the cover, plain and simple is, it will no matter what you use. The only way to stop that is to use nothing at all. I don't have that much confidence so I will have to use shade or find a cool location.5 stars all round from me.

I really wanted this to work, I did. I feel uncomfortable breastfeeding in public, i wish I didn’t, but I do so I purchased one of these so I could get out & about & know I could feed my son when he needed it, wherever I was. It’s okay... I’m not going to say it’s shit, it isn’t, it does the job but it’s not entirely comfortable for me. It’s not easy anyway. I’ve used it a couple of times & it moves so I can’t see my baby which I need to do to get him to latch, then I’m worried that when I’m moving, I’m gonna be flashing people, he’s crying under there Cos he can’t find the nips which makes the panic worse... once he’s on, it’s great, but it’s a bit of a faff because it moves & I can’t see him! The fabric is nice & light though so baby doesn’t get tremendously hot under there, although he does heat up a little as you would expect being covered up.It might just be me needing a little bit more experience with the product, but I was hoping it was easy to use from the get go!

I didn't originally like the idea of putting a cover over my baby while I was feeding him but, after seeing a friend use one, I thought I'd give it a go for when I was out in public.I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't really cover the baby at all - there's a piece of flexible plastic sewn into the top which creates a little tent for you to feed your baby under. Boobs and baby are blocked from view, but your baby can still see you. Strangers are comfortable, you're comfortable, and the baby is comfortable (well, mine was, at least). Win-Win.This particular nursing cover is a very lightweight, breathable fabric that folds up very small, so easily fitted into the changing bag.

A great little product. I ordered on behalf of my wife who, while having no problem breastfeeding in public, was just after a little confidence lift when doing so in busier areas with a very young baby and really still learning the ropes. I don't think most people mind but when one is in a restaurant rather than a more family focused cafe, or at a large party with work colleagues, or a busy park with all sorts of people walking past she feels doubly confident now because she knows she won't have any issues and has privacy for herself. It isn't used all the time only in those more stand out places.We were looking at covers 3 times the price as this in a certain department store so I suggested shopping about and pleased we did since this cover is just as good as the big name but a much nicer pattern! (Why do so many parent focused things only come in flowery patterns like you turn into a member of the local flower arranging club when you give birth?!)Anyway in conclusion this is a cheap and well made product with a nice pattern (which baby loves too) that gives my wife confidence. We love it. Oh and it comes with a little bag

A brilliant purchase, excellent value for money and quick delivery. It has a herringbone top so you can see baby perfectly whilst they are feeding (and also to guide them on to the breast), the length is perfect as it drapes down more than enough to cover baby and your lap; there's also more than enough material to wrap around baby whilst they are feeding if it's a cold/windy day. There is also a good amount of material around the sides so you don't expose yourself even on a windy day. It is thin enough to be breathable as well as not exposing yourself.If I could make a recommendation it would be to offer different patterns as oppsed to the polka dot. Highly recommend for those mums who are new to breast feeding and are super conscious about not exposing themselves in public.

I’ve had this for several years and used to breastfeed both my children. It looks really nice and it is also really well made. It can be washed in the washing machine and dries really quickly. Perfect if you want to breastfeed in public and you don’t want to flash everyone!

This product uses the cheapest polyester cotton blend therefore making it stiff yet thin. The chemicals used to preserve the material used were extremely overwhelming so if you do go ahead and buy this product, allow yourself time to wash it first before you use. The black colour on the material faded on the first wash, at 40 c. The cover was too small for me, due to the increased bra size (36HH) but may be more suitable for more petite ladies. I have only used once and it only covered half of my body so would not recommend it.

i never write reviews but this is great, i never really got the hang of expressing (too lazy) so i would chuck this in my baby bag and feed baby anywhere like on the bus, train, in restaurant etc and no one would notice cos its big enough to cover like you've just got a shawl over, people dont even look twice and the material is soo nice and breathable and light. its great and you can just chuck it in the wash when it gets dirty. i bought mine when my baby was about a month old and now hes 18 months and still using it now occasionally but now its mainly to go over pram when hes sleeping to stop light getting to him. i just use it for all sorts. definitely one of my best buys. i got the blue one and i love it!!!!!
