Love the wifi connection, easy install, the screen brightness is adjustable. Has a great battery life. I think it is very reliable and a great value for the money. Even gives monthly reports on energy use.

I have had this installed for about 5 months now and it works great. Easy to program, never have to change heat or cool settings with the auto feature. When its cold, my heat turns on. When its hot, the air turns on. Dont have to touch it.

Easy installation and operation. Wi-fi easily connected and works well with I-phone.

2 of the three apps require an expensive subscription to use. The free app doesn't automatically switch from Heat to Cool and back. How in the world it's supposed to keep the temp in a range automatically that way, I have no idea. If that's a premium feature then this is a total scam. Buy something else, this is a complete waste of money.

I don't use it to the extent I could but it works well for what we need. It even sends us a useage report every month that doesn't mean much to us. It works as intended for what we need.

Replaced my old thermostat with this one to match the one that is on the main level. I can control both in the same App. Connected easily to wifi, bright display can be seen from across the room. Works well!The only negative is the price, seems like they could charge a little less and still make a profit.

I ordered three units of this product. Two of them performed perfectly, with the WiFi control surpassing my expectations—it has been incredibly impressive. Unfortunately, the third item arrived damaged. I returned it and I request another one as a replacement, which worked but had slight discoloration on the plastic, making it look a bit worn and the box was in bad condition.After installation, it functioned well for a few days, but soon displayed an error message. Although a reset worked briefly, the issue returned, and I’ve now requested a second return. Despite these challenges, I’m still planning to order another because the product’s overall quality is excellent.
