Looks great, easy to adjust
I was surprised at the color, a nice royal purple. I was also concerned about the neck strap, but it's actually really easy to adjust.

Not a good collar band.
Like the material and color of the tie, don't like the collar device (plain, thin elastic black band). Slips and slides.
