I have used many fast charging powerbank but this device delivers whats promised. It charged my phone faster than my brand charger. My phone doesn't heat up while charging with this and neither the powerbank. It have 2output ports which makes it convenient to use while traveling with group. It is my permanent mate for long weekend vacations or during my profession trips. Now I am not worried for my phone battery problem

The product doesn't get full charge even after 10 HR of charging. Contact customer support via email as no other option available but they just keep creating a trail mail no call back from the team. Since 0 is not an option so given rating 1star.
