Extraordinary!
The Power bank's 20,000mAh capacity keeps me powered up all day! With Dual Input & Triple Output Fast Charging, it's a lifesaver. Plus, it came with everything I needed. I can charge multiple devices simultaneously, and it's quick! The included Type-C cable is a bonus. Charging on the go has never been this convenient, and it's a must-have for any tech-savvy individual.

Worst product and third grade service
The product doesn't get full charge even after 10 HR of charging. Contact customer support via email as no other option available but they just keep creating a trail mail no call back from the team. Since 0 is not an option so given rating 1star.

Don’t know what to say
The support from Amazon is NOT satisfactory , I have recieved a damaged product and Amazon failed to replace the product , the customer care guided me in a wrong way which wasted 3 weeks of my precious time because of their inability. Regarding the product , while charging, it’s giving me a light shock not sure why ( I am using the same portronics charger) The product is charging till 3 lights mean 75% and unable to charge further. The product should come with Type C cable but it is not included in the box.
