I ordered this bike for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The bike is very sturdy and amazing. I choose this bike after searching online for a while for a bike that is not very princess(y). The bike is mostly assembled, you just have to screw in the paddles and the training wheels, the handle bar, and the seat, which are pretty easy to do. It took us less than 10 minutes and without any instructions. The tools you need are included with the bike which is a plus. However, when i received the bike, there was a defect with the left paddle, it won't connect to the bike, so i contacted the company and they were more than helpful. They didn't have a replacement part in the states fir the bike so they offered me the option to take the bike to a repair shop and they pay for it. However, since the bike size 12" is not a very common size to be available in stores , it was hard to find a replacement part. So, when i contacted them back they offered me a new bike at no charge and keeping the original defective bike i ordered, and once i agreed i received the bike in less than 24 hours and it worked like a charm. My daughter is very happy with it. It looks an amazing bike, the color, the water bottle and the bell just make it perfect. I would recommend this bike to a friend.

My 4-year old son took to this right away! It's wider wheels provide more stability, and the brakes (hand and foot) are unique for a bike at this age (12"). It makes him feel like a big kid having hand brakes, and I like that he can learn to use them from an early age. He's already asking to take off the training wheels! Oh, and his favorite thing is the water bottle holder. It's the little things at this age :) Very easy to put together. Excellent quality. It's a bit heavy, but I like that for this age as he learns stability. Doesn't seem to make it hard to pedal at all.

This is a outstanding bike and was so easy to assemble. The assembly was very lite and took 10 min. The bike looks to be well made and very durable. I did have a very small tear in the seat when I pulled it out of the box, but I sent an email to Royalbaby customer support and explained the issue. I received a email response within 2 hours notifying me that they would be sending out a replacement seat at no charge. The new seat was in my hands within 5 days! Outstanding product and outstanding customer support!

My son is two and a half and can climb onto this bike. I was a little worried it would be too tall but its just right. Very sturdy! training wheels don't have a lot of "wobble" room like some kids bikes which we prefer so he can get on and off by himself without help. I have no doubt this bike will grow with him for years! great purchase

I did a LOT of research & then shopping, including at expensive bike stores, into all kids' bikes out there. But based on the customer reviews on these kids' bikes, I took a chance & ordered this bike for my girlfriends' 2 year old son. Let me say, I was EXTREMELY impressed. These bikes are VERY well made and include features that I wouldn't have expected e.g. a back brake, water bottle & holder, multiple cute reflectors & very well made training wheels. The bike arrives in a box, and is somewhat assembled, so you'll need to do the other half of the assembly. BUT it comes with all the needed tools (e.g. screwdriver, wrenches etc.) and then comes with the easy to follow instructions (along with corresponding drawings so you can see what they're talking about). Now I"m a pretty handy person, so putting this bike together, wasn't a big deal for me. BUT, if you're somewhat "tool challenged", I still believe you'll be able to do this...as the directions are so very simple to follow....BUT just make sure to allow yourself plenty of time to put it together. In other words, don't wait until Christmas Eve night to try and assemble this for your kid! Just make sure to give yourself plenty of time and you'll be fine. These bikes were so much MORE than what I expected for the money. Honestly, I think you'll be as impressed as I, and my girlfriend's family, all were. Trust me, you'll love these bikes!

I'm so happy I went with other positive reviewers on this one. Like most others, I was looking for a kids bike that was better looking and better quality than the ones sold in toys-r-us. And this is it! It looks awesome, excellent build quality and should last my kid for some time. Shipped on time. Package arrived without any dents. Assembling was easy and took less than 2 hours. My son has not learned to pedal yet, but he loves to ride it as I push him. Highly recommended.

We have twins, so we ordered two bikes in the same color (because that is what you have to do to avoid problems with twins). What we got was one new bike and one used bike. We knew the new one was new, because it was wrapped up in all the protective plastic and styrofoam and the tires had those little rubber spikes on them that new bikes tires do. We knew the used one was used for the same reason. It was scratched up all over, the tires were worn, and we were missing a bunch of parts. The box it came in had a giant hole in the bottom of it, so the parts likely fell out in transit. Either way, it is super shady to sell someone something as new that has already been used by someone else. I'd give the new one three to four stars has I only ordered one. The instructions suck, but many prior reviewers came through with better ones. You can imagine how only have one went over with our twins, though. Not cool, RoyalBaby!

La bici es excelente para niños que cambian de bici de balance a bici con pedales. No es muy pesada y ellos pueden maniobrar muy bien. Funciona perfecto para un niño de 5 años de 1.10 m de altura. Se nota que durará años de uso. La bici requiere de un armado sencillo, contiene instrucciones claras e incluye herramienta. Altamente recomendable.

La bicicleta está muy bien hecha. Es muy sólida y se ve que va durar mucho. He visto bicicletas de mucho menor calidad a un precio mayor. A mi hijo de 3 años le quedó perfecta y aún se puede ajustar para que le dure algunos años más.

It is the nicest Bike I ever seen...I am so happy that I ordered it.. .and I bet our great-granddaughter will love it.. .can't wait to teach her how to drive it,( on the 24th of December) we will have for sure lot's of fun. The bike is very sturdy-. has thick tires and really good support.tires.. Who ever want to order it - won't be sorry.....you got to love it Merry Christmas to everybody BH
