This Headband Can Handle Hotlanta!
I did 2 hours of hard jogging in 90 degree Atlanta temps. No sweat at all in my eyes or running down my nose. I touched the thin fabric a few times and it was very wet. The Halo stayed in place and did its job. I'm convinced it kept me cooler, I know it improved my performance. At a great price, it exceeded my expectations.

Works as advertised- keeps sweat out of your eyes
I live in the south and use this for mountain biking. Because I wear glasses, giving my eyes a quick rub while riding the trail is about impossible and dangerous. This headband keeps the sweat out of my eyes. It’s comfortable, and I’m a pretty big guy 6’1” with a 7 5/8” hate size and it fits well. Does leave a little mark across your forehead when you take it off for a couple of minutes, but if it didn’t, it wouldn’t keep the sweat out.

Protects against pouring sweat just as described. Great style in a thin band. But does produce slight tension headache.
Product arrived on time exactly as described by seller.Living in Arizona and working in a lot of situations where sweat getting into my eyes was becoming a real problem. Finally broke down and decided to try a headband, but wanted something lighter than a cotton terry cloth that would still work for my heavy sweating brow and head issues. This headband does the job great. I didn't believe at first that something so light weight and thin would control my sweating that much, but it has. I actually went from sweat pouring down my face to nothing. I has saved me a lot of issues since I work with my hands and couldn't mop my brow as often as I was needing to in order to not get blinded. The band is mostly comfortable. I got the black band and the color did not feel hotter in the sun. It's easy to fit as you wish. The shape of the band fits front to back of the head very well even if the back slides up a little sometimes. It's not distracting or makes the band looser. It fit exactly right when first started using it. It has not stretched out at all after many uses so far.I have sensitive skin too and so far the material hasn't bothered me or caused me to break out which was my main concern.By contrast I wasn't sure what band product would work so I also got a Bondi band which is much more cover along the forehead. Sometimes the extra amount of material of the Bondi seems a bit overwhelming compared to the more svelte Halo. The reason the Halo works so well is because of the diverter band. It does do the job it claims very well. I didn't get any sweat coming down my brow at all and the band never dripped even during heavy, hot working conditions. It remained evenly damp and did dry/wick quickly to avoid moisture buildup in the band as advertised. But the divertor band being it's biggest selling point is also it's weakness. Because of the tension of the divertor band after about 30 min of wearing it, it did start to induce a mild tension headache. Not enough to make me want to take it off during use, but enough to make me want to switch to the Bondi band for the next use and thereafter. The Bondi is just more comfortable for long uses. Maybe it might depend on your hairstyle how much that bothers you. My hair is mostly wavy and bounces back pretty easy from being compressed. So the Bondi band coming up and over my hairline doesn't bother me. The Halo might be for someone who definitely wants to keep the headband below the hair line. But it did give me a slight tension headache after a little while. It's very pocketable and can easily be compressed down into a thin size. However, you wouldn't want to squeeze it too much as the divertor band will start to prevent it from folding very well.Overall the Halo II has great style and functionality. I do prefer the style of it over the Bondi. I just wish it was more comfortable for long uses.

Works better than I would have believed!
Got this as weather and humidity heated up for riding my bike. It worked great, but I thought the wind was helping out. Thankfully I grabbed it for a hundred mile hike I did Memorial Day week. The temps were just above 90 with high humidity all week. We got to the start of the trail 3:30 first day and I couldn’t remember where I put my headband. We hiked 5 hours, with sweat pouring in my eyes and all over my sunglasses. I finally gave up and took off my shades because the sweat had made them unbearable to look thru. When we got to our first camp site and got set up, I found my headband where I had put it. For easy access, of course. Over the next 6 days and 90 miles I never had sweat in my eyes again. My face had sweat, of course, but it was not from my noggin running down into my eyes along the way. I wore it just above my eyebrows, and often forgot it was on.I am going to get another just to leave in my pack, and put another in my list so I can use it during yard work. Try it. If it only works half as good for you it is worth it.

Amazing!! Does the job!!!
I didn't believe it would work. But it did and it's amazing. I can ride 40 miles in the hot southern California sun and I stopped once to wring it out. Then I continued on my way. I could see perfectly throughout the trip. I absolutely endorse this product. Thank you

The sweat bead sets this sweatband apart from others.
I've had several of these over time. The inside sweat bead helps keep sweat from dripping into my eyes.. I wear it under my bike helmet or under my golf hat.

Price vs. Durability - You Be The Judge
When new I would probably give the Halo 4-5 stars. In general, it does a good job. But considering the price, I have issues with the lack of durability. The glue holding the silicon strip to the band does not hold up. I have been through probably six of these bands. At most I have had a band last 12-14 months before it comes apart. For the price, I think it should hold up longer. As far as how often I use it, I generally have two bands on hand and use each one twice per week when outdoor temp is above 60 degrees outside. So probably 9 months out of the year. I do throw it in the wash after using, but only in cold water and do NOT throw them in the dryer.Once the silicon strip comes off completely, then the remaining glue on the band makes it very uncomfortable to wear. In a pinch, I have found that it is usable it you turn it inside out.I use it for mountain biking, so I wear it under a helmet. For that purpose, I much prefer the narrow band vs. the wider option. The wider one can be uncomfortable wearing for any length of time under a helmet. I did find a work around by moving the band further up on my forehead. But I also had to loosen the helmet band for it to fit comfortably. An intact band does a good job for the first hour or so of a ride. But for a really long ride, 90+ minutes, I have been able to oversaturate the band to the point sweat finds its way around. But this is probably going to be true for any headband. Probably need to carry an extra one in the pack for this reason.
