Regular - it’s a matte finish and the best print temp is 220, not 230 like silks are :)

The spool is 1.5 inches wide by 6 3/8th inches across at the widest point, inner diameter is 2 and 1/8th inches. Sorry, my dumb tape measure doesn't have metric on it.
