Ok but the usb connection could be better placed. It’s halfway round back of neck Bought two to compare and second one although more expensive was far better.

Very small - might fit a child - in fact, it was too small for my teen son who has a 16" neck

Arrived today couldn’t wait to use as I have wear and tear in my neck Once in position I had immediate relief from the pain I have It’s great that the inline switch has a temperature and a timer built in
