I’m very careful about the sourcing of my supplements. I’ve gone through two bottles of this brand so far. If you didn’t know there are several kinds of magnesium. I suggest everyone do their own research! Glycinate helps with sleeping and digestion. I take this before bed. It really helps me go to sleep. Before I found this I’d lay awake for hours. Now I’m asleep within half an hour!! Also feeling the better digestion. This is part of my overall wellness journey!!

Excellent, puts me in a deep sleep

By far the best Magnesium I have taken. I started taking magnesium in 2020 and I never could tell if it was helping at all, but this year I started this brand and I feel a big difference. Especially when I wake up from going to the gym the night before, I don’t feel sore or like I over exerted myself. Truly last 2 months. I started having my clients buy this brand as well. I take 2 every night before bed. Also, magnesium is a great building block for hormone regulation. A must have in my daily routine.
