Pride Of India - Natural Tulsi Holy-Basil Herbal Tea, 3.53 oz (100gm) Whole Leaf

I love the smell of Holy Basil, each and every time I make a cup of this tea., although I only drink 1 cup a day. As I take a blood thinner, I have to take care of the amount I drink. But it is satisfying to know, that it not only smells good, tastes good, and is also good for my health, without the need for sugar and milk, it is simply lovely.

Really good quality tea at a very reasonable price. This aids sleep and helps calm your mind. If you aren't keen on the peppery taste (to me its warming and spicey like cinnamon) put a bit less in the pot. Well worth it to aid sleep.

I’ve been wanting to purchase Tulsi tea for ages and I’m now enjoying 2 to 3 cups a day and will continue.It has a sweet flavor, reminiscent of lemon grass, but more gentle and lovely sweetened with raw honey. I’m also infusing some avocado oil with Tulsi as I read that it makes a wonderful massage oil, either just as an oil or adding a shea or mango butter, or beeswax for a salve!

Is the first time I had this tea and it’s very tasty and aromatic, I recommend it.

Even though basil is a good condiment for pastas, I actually boil this batch of basil with stems and all to make a tea out it. I mix this tea with beet juice or something else to help me sleep at night. It makes my night better, I think.

I'll try it for sometime to see whether the health benefits are present or nt in using the product, at least a use for 21 days to see and juge.
