Thank you! It came just fine and worked great for my repair.I had ordered one color and needed the other. Didn’t know how to fix. I sent a message with the order (I can’t even remember how) asking for the right color. I know I’m blabbering but long story short, I got the right color and appreciated the seller paying attention to that despite my order being wrong. That wasn’t their fault or problem, but they took care of it.

Exactly what I needed for the annoying 2014 Jeep Cherokee "Service Shifter" message
Didn't even need the wire, just replaced the bezel with the existing cable and it worked like a charm. Took less than 5 minutes. Saved the $250 dealer diagnostic fee and all the "labor" they would have charged me for.

Works great for 2018 Jeep Cherokee
“Service Shifter” light on my Jeep 2018 Cherokee was always going off a year after we purchased the vehicle. A few YouTube videos later I was able to fix it with this part. Fits like a glove & resolved my issue with the “service shifter” light

Purchased this after getting the annoying “service shifter” warning on 2016 Cherokee. Replaced non working original with this. Seems to be working as it should: warning light no longer on, able to shift gears in + /- mode. I will update this review if the product fails. If you want to know how to replace this part on your own - search youtube - easy to follow instructions by several people. No updates on this post means it’s good! I will update if I encounter problems. To note - the only difference on this product vs original is that visually although the color is closely matched, this one’s finish is of a high gloss smooth surface vs the original that seems to have a satin gloss like finish. I tried to capture that in photo. If that does not bother you - go ahead and get it!**UPDATE** 12/23/23So far so good - No issues!
