Great shavings
I use these shavings for my rabbits, they are great being a large size as it is less messy in the litter tray. Great large size bale so goes such a long way!

Arrived damp and unusable. Smell like chemical/petrol
Review updated from 1 star to 5 star after below issue was resolved promptly and refund offered by seller. Very good communication and resolution met quickly. Product usually really good, however, upon opening the woodshavings today after doing a complete change out of my guinea pigs cage. The shavings are damp and unstable. The inside of the bag has a wet residue that smells like petrol. I'm unable to return via the returns process with amazon due to the product packaging and weight and it seems impossible to be able to speak to someone to resolve. Have had to purchase emergency shavings to allow my guinea pigs to use their cage putting me more out of pocket. Unhappy in this occassion. Have contacted seller seller awaiting feedback.

Good stuff but very large shavings for a 2 bird budgie cage
I read the reviews before I purchased but I was still a bit surprised by the size of a lot of the shavings. Great for substrate for something, I would say, a bit larger than what I needed it for. Promptly delivered.

My goto substitrate for rats cage
Bedmax is excellent for keeping smells at bay. The huge bag lasts multiple cage cleans. It's dust free and never had any problems with my pet rats. Excellent value for money in comparison to other in store alternatives.

Love these shavings for horses! Good size bale & lovely quality. Will buy from local merchant though in the future as a big mark up from Amazon but ok for convenience or emergency.
