As expected. I have been using this product for years and it does break quite easily, developing holes and tears from fairly gentle use. It also starts to stick to itself badly so you have to keep putting talcum powder on it regularly. If you need to do exercises that involve tying the band in a knot, don't get this product, you will quickly destroy it. It's a shame that in all these years they have not been able to make the material more durable.

This is great for clients to get some feedback and challenge their muscles lightly

劣化防止にシッカロールをかけるのですが、、、それが「白くなる」と利用者さんには不評です。 製品とは関係ないですが(^^)ﾆｺ。

早速仲間とストレッチと体操をしました。 下半身には赤が良かったかなと感じました。 上半身にはバッチリです。
