Worked as expected in corsa d, just need the mounts but you can use the old mounts if you remove the standard speakers from them. (Requires smashing the OEM speakers out of thier frame) Sounds is good and I would recommend as a worthy upgrade in my car. Nice an easy to install.

If your looking to upgrade damaged or poor speakers on a budget you can do far worse than these. My daughter's Nissan Micra speakers were.....well..... Terrible!! I grabbed these in the hope that with them being JVC they would still be half decent even though they are insanely cheap. All I can say is I was not disappointed. And absolute steal at the price and the improvement in sound quality is incredible. Absolute bargains!!

ive given these speakers a 4 star because of the design of them. i havent come across this before. they have two sets of holes. outer ones that line up with most speaker rings for fitting. but they also have inner holes. the inner ones are too far in meaning when fitted they are left open. not giving the speaker a complete baffle. meaning more cost to either make up a spacer plate or dyno mat the outer edge. im sure they have a purpose for a certain application but most speaker rings or collars have a 165mm internal diameter. just worth pointing out performance are ok for a direct replacement but i noticed they play bass bass but peak a little early. its worth spending a few pounds more for the pioneer version.

Sound quality just ok. Nothing special to be honest work well for my apple carplay but not exceptional for music playback. Ok for an old codger like me !!

I bought these to replace the rear door speakers in an Alfa 156. I decided to go with these because I believed the low 32 hertz frequency response may have been plausible due to twin cone design. In practice, I have found the sound to be inferior to the OE speakers. The tone is a little less natural and any music which may use a low bass which may be felt at higher volumes is no longer really felt but now simply heard. Clearly, frequency response figures do not accurately portray a speaker's sound image. I'd say there is probably no resonance below about 100 hertz and even what is considered mid bass is rather weak. At this point, I should mention I was not running any separate amplifiers but the head unit was a Pioneer DEH-2800MP (US market radio) which quite frankly produced a better sound than any circa £100 offering from Sony or Clarion. In short, what these speakers did was return the sound to that with the rubbish OE head unit. I knew these were a cheap replacement and would never have the high frequency response of a 2 way speaker. My angle was in this instance purely to try to preserve if not upgrade the factory set up. On that front, I gives me no pleasure to say these speakers miss the mark. In fairness though, the bass reproduction in probably no worse than many other non high-grade similarly sized speakers.

Bought to fit into a mk1 mx5. Didn't fit without modification so I drilled some of the excess casing off and that worked fine. No modification required to the car.

qualità-prezzo imbarazzanti , non avevo molte aspettative ma una volta montate ed equalizzate, suonano in maniera perfetta. 0 sfruscio, o rumore di sottofondo, non serve nemmeno avere il massimo del volume per goderne a pieno della potenza. Ottime per macchine utilitarie o per iniziare un piccolo impianto in auto senza troppe spese.
