Lovely tea
A very pleasant-tasting tea, both soothing and zinging. I don't know a lot about mugwort, so I can't compare it to previous experience. I would like to grow my own and dry it for infusion drinking but that will take time. I am learning more about mugwort, and I know that it is not an everyday drink but maybe a 3 times a week drink. This tea does have a cotton-like consistency in the packet but it infuses a lovely yellow-green brew with an aromatic herbal fragrance. Eventually, I shall try garden grown mugwort, but this tea does very nicely in the meantime.

Good mugwort
If i’m being honest, I’ve only had it once and haven’t had any effects. I probably should try again, lol. Other than that, it had the standard mugwort flavour and brewed well.

Not going to lie, it has a strong taste so I added a little honey, but it does what it says it will.

Lovely to drink as a tea, and with various reported health benefits
Bought this for possible gains with lucid dreaming, and health benefits due to reported lengthened REM periods. I thought it might be like loose tea leaves, but was very happy to instead find a big, rustic bag of dried, rustic herbs. And I'm surprised how enjoyable it is to drink; it's subtle and satusfying, rather like unfermented rooibos, but with its own delicate flavour.
