It fits, and is fairly decent
It fits and is super comfortable to hold. It's a cheaper case, so it has its imperfections. I could not for the life of me get it to snap, so I took it off and put it back again, snapping in the side that would not snap in before, then went to the rest of them. This approach got an even snap across, so the case is on nice and snug.It fits with a skin on the device, and makes the device much more comfortable to hold. Some holes are slightly imperfect, but for the money it's no big deal. Would order again!

Nice gripcase for Asus Rog Ally
The grip case comes in 2 pieces. Front and back piecies. When press in, they'll close in the Rog Ally nicely. These front and back pieces hold together by 12 ledges. The whole surface of the grip case front and back and smooth. No slippery in holding. I really love the black (smoky) color. Highly recommend this product and the black transparent color. The shipping was ok too. It took little over a week to get to here.

Fitment
The case did not snap on my system fully, I tried several times to make it snap but it did not work. The result was a small gap that you can feel while holding the controller
