Didn’t know I needed software for the faceid part I just did it the manual way tip on the main screen the bottom button changes the language other than that it’s built solid and will definitely be helpful in my toolbox

Disappointed with Product Quality and Restocking Fee ...!!!
I recently purchased Qianli 3 in 1 iCopy Plus 2.2 for iPhone 7/8/8P/X/XR/XS/XSMAX/11 Pro Max/12/13/14 Face ID/LCD/Vibrator Transfer EEPROM Programmer & Battery/Lighting Board from the seller -" SLC Phone Repair " and unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with both the product itself and the amazon customer service experience. Upon receiving the product, it became evident that it was defective.I tried to connect the device to my windows pc and also tried 3 different laptops but still it not working.Not only was the product not up to the standard I expected, but I was also surprised to find out that I would be charged a restocking fee for returning it. This added insult to injury, as I believe it's unfair to penalize customers for returning defective items.While I understand that restocking fees are a common practice, I believe exceptions should be made in cases of defective merchandise. It's frustrating to be charged extra for a product that didn't meet expectations in the first place.I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, but unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory .I thoroughly explained the situation to the Amazon customer service and they keep on transfering the calls and also they did the same in chat as well.In conclusion, I advise potential buyers to thoroughly inspect their purchases from this seller and be aware of the restocking fee policy, especially if there's a chance of receiving a defective product.
