So, I have mixed feelings about this pillow. It is not super comfortable if you are a side sleeper, however it worked wonders on my tech neck!! That huge lump is now gone! For that reason I will continue to use it.

I have just received it. I love this kind pillow. I bought one and sleep on it last night. It's a great experience. My neck pain was free over night. I bought another one today and have received it tonight! The shipping was great as well. The only problem is the one bought today has opened before I opened. There is smell like used, not brand new. I may want to exchange for a brand new one. Otherwise it's great.

I have been sleeping on this pillow everyday for over a month. I am currently in 3rd trimester of my pregnancy and have been having joint and ligament issues. One day I woke up with severe neck pain that radiated down my arm and back. I couldn't get out of bed without my husband helping me up. My neck would heal a little but never completey and the issue would come back over and over again. I got this pillow and after 2 days or so my neck was able to heal and I have not had any more neck issues whatsoever. I am so happy with this pillow I can't even begin to show with this review. If you're looking at it, you should probably just go ahead and get it.

I first purchased this pillow January 2023 and absolutely loved it! Excellent quality and firmness. Very comfortable. I recommended it to several friends and family members.Bought a second one for traveling November 2023. It is very soft and floppy. Will not keep It's shape. Not at all like the first one. Very disappointed. I will not be recommending it to anyone.

I ordered this pillow in soft, however it is really firm so I’m not sure if I was sent the correct one. I suffer with neck pain and headaches a lot and have tried so many different pillows. I was hoping this would be the one, however where the hollow part is doesn’t seem to be deep enough or quite big enough for my head to lay like it should and it hurts my neck. It is a little more comfortable laying on my side but again it seems as if the entire pillow is made just a bit to small for it to curve with my neck the way it is supposed to no matter how I lay on it
