I ordeed this multiple times. I feel like it helps with joint pain. It’s a little big but it helps with my energy level and digestion.

My favorite turmeric! I have tried other brands and go back to these every time. They help so much with my fibromyalgia inflammation and digestion. The quality of the ingredients is so good!

Just an extra for me as I’m getting older and need antioxidants outside of just food intake. These are great, strength what I was recommended, size is easy to swallow, all it takes just one. These is of course benefits of taking it as long as you stay consistent, I noticed slight improvements after few weeks. Overall they great quality and I will keep on taking them.
