Nice product, but be a lil bit careful while using it on your face or neck cause it's pretty much capable of leaving a bruise. Overall very good product with great suction capacity even the small ones holds the suction quite well if used correctly, Didn't come up with a storage bag sadly.

I got only two cup

I got tired of watching face yoga/face cupping videos and not having the equipment so I ordered these and used them effectively as a total beginner. You can use them either to glide over the face with oil (rose hip oil for the face) to sort of massage out the wrinkles and move your lymph/drain puffiness - or use the suction. Be careful: they can hold on pretty tightly so don't leave it on there or you will give yourself reddened/slightly bruised skin: be gentle. I used these down on my neck/SCM to increase blood flow and do an effective self-massage. I use them every night now before bed, keep them by the bedside. It really works smoothing out my "11s" (the between-brow furrow) and forehead wrinkles, eye tension - my face does not just look smoother but is actually more relaxed underneath the skin, giving a rested and more youthful feeling and look. It even seemed to have an effect on sinus pressure, reducing it.

I have used this product twice and really like it. I read in the other reviews that the suction was bad but I haven't had that problem. I use it after I moisturize and oil my skin and it works great. I would make sure that you have oil on there to ensure enough slip so it glides on the skin and doesn't pull. I recommend this product for sure and can't wait to see more results. I already feel like it helps drain fluid that was around my jawline and cheeks.

These arrived as described and work really well. Not sure if they make a significant difference but nice product.

So far they seem to be doing the same job of messaging as the Therapist….only time will tell how will they will hold up
