Working in my yard is not only easier but less painful with these gloves. I like the fact that they are thorn resistant and are long enough to protect my arms not only from thorns but from insect bites as well! In addition, the sun’s burning rays are unsuccessful at doing damage to my forearms. They say for “men” but they’re comfortable enough for women too. My only concern is that they look so nice that I’m afraid I’ll get them dirty! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Excellent quality and right sizing. Ordered XL men’s size and fit my father’s large, arthritic knuckles very well. He uses these for thorny and tough jobs such as pruning prickly bushes and chipping tree branches. Protects his hands from scratches, cuts, poison ivy and more.

These are great to work with especially when working around thorn bushes!

Protects well but leaves the back of the hand unprotected. All in all good product. Size runs a tad small

These gloves are awesome! Just used them this past weekend without one nasty weed or thorn poking through the gloves…I will be buying more.

No more heavy duty than regular leather work gloves, maybe less so than some that are cheaper (but shorter) than these. Got them for ripping out wild blackberry but the thorns on the bigger vines can get through to the palm and fingers without much trouble. Only the young, softer thorns get blocked. Sizing is also strange. The part that cover forearms is disproportionately smaller than the hand part, so even if you get a size bigger it will be a snug fit there.

It's always funny reading reviews. If you read the one star reviews they make it sound like the product is the worst thing ever and if you read the five star it sounds like the best thing ever. Well this is my review. I just bought them and immediately put them to work. I had a overgrown rose bush that needed cutting back. I was a little apprehensive thinking that the thorns might go through the gloves, but to my surprise and happiness, not one Thorn penetrated the gloves. I had some very big thorns to deal with and none of them that were able to get through the gloves. Also, I had some small thorns which sometimes are even harder to keep from pricking you but none of those got through the clothes either. I'm very happy with this product

They fit well and seem well manufactured

These are VERY good. We have a lot of brambles at the back of our garden and this is the first pair of gloves that have really allowed me to handle them comfortably. Occasionally you will feel a spike, but sufficiently protective to not be a problem. Will buy again. Note the size comes up a little small, so maybe order a size up.

Regularly deal with trimming/removing blackberry bushes from the property perimeter. After years of scratched arms, even with long sleeves and using thick winter gloves to protect hands, I was ready to take the plunge and buy arm length protective sleeves. Then I found these - and they are great. I have worn them on a warm day with only a t-shirt and emerged scratch free. You will get the occasional "ouch" through a finger if handling large, extra thorny branches but I found they offered enough protection to avoid bleeding and cuts. More an "ouch" of surprise than genuine injury. Would certainly recommend, especially at this price point. IMPORTANT - suggest ordering a size up as others recommended. I wear a M size and ordered the L which fits fine.

Bought to cut done invasive blackberry bushes and very happy with purchase, the odd one gets through but well worth the money
