Q: "sauces range from mild to extreme" - is there an indication of this range of heat levels?

No their Are not, the closest thing you get to that is the pics on here. But they always package these bottle badly. Mine broke both time and it the way they package them, also if you or the person you're buying this for don't like hot sauce that are high on the vinegar taste this may not be the one for you. It also lack flavor.

Q: Why does it show blaze ghost pepper in the picture but I got blaze garlic hot sauce? I wanted the ghost pepper as shown in the photo.

Cardboard but it poorly package I would suggest not to buy this. Their other hot sauce sets that gives you a lot more variety and flavor
