Got this on a black Friday deal - we're moving house and I needed something that takes no space up and that I can just whack on the floor, in whatever room I'm clearing, for a quick session to save my back. Well it's perfect for that, it resembles the size and weight of a full A4 binder when folded. It's grippy and there's no chance of tripping over because it lays completely flat unlike some of the others. For the size and convenience you do lose some cushioning but you could pop a bath towel underneath for that.

Light to carry, easy to fold and thick enough to provide some protection whatever the floor surface as you travel. Perfect to take on any journey.

It is nice, light and convenient can carry it anywhere. The plastic smell disaapear after few days. Not for beginners as it is thin and not for sweaty people it could be very slippery if you are sweating alot.

Really happy this will come everywhere with me from now on

Excellent for travelling - a little slippery but I imagine it will go away with more use

Convenient and good looking, foldable yoga mat. Also lightweight and easy to store and pack. But the convenience is a trade off as it’s very thin and the grip is not good for exercising. For example it’s inconvenient for poses like downward dog due to slippery feeling of hands on the mat, which I don’t experience with my thicker yoga mat. While the mat itself doesn’t slip on the floor, it doesn’t provide proper grip for holding positions. Overall it’s ok but for enjoying good yoga flow would need better gripping properties for a more secure feeling through positions.

Such a handy mat as I can fold it up and pop it in a drawer in my bedroom. Love the colour and design. I would say it feels quite thin compared to normal yoga mats but it wouldn’t be foldable otherwise.

Il tappetino è perfetto per il viaggio. È uguale alla foto. Il fatto che si può piegare come un asciugamano o libro oppure arrotolarlo come un normale tappetino è molto comodo. Si può attaccare allo zaino oppure metterlo dentro il trolley. Non è un tappetino uso yogico da tutti i giorni ma esclusivamente quando c'è il bisogno di spostarsi oppure c'è poco spazio nella valigia.

Light weight, tough, non slip and comfortable.

I really wanted a folding yoga mat because I hate the inconvenience of rolling up and carrying the traditional mats, walking through doorways and bumping into everything. I noticed my yoga instructor using this mat and this is how I found out about it. This particular Matt made by Gaiam is excellent quality. And that material is nice and dense and won’t crumble apart on you. Walmart sells a folding day yoga mat as well, I did get a chance to have a look at it ( Walmart mat) and the material is very soft, sliding you can tell it will start to crumble apart in no time. You won’t have that problem with a Gaiam mat. The only one negative thing about this mat is that it is thin, but that is what makes it so portable. I don’t find it uncomfortable at all and I would say I go to yoga classes twice a week.

Esse tapete de yoga é simplesmente lindo! Comprei para dar de presente a minha esposa e ela amou! Usa todos os dias. a qualidade dele é excelente e ele é super prático de transportar, já que é dobrável. A única coisa que não é tão boa é que se você suar muito, o tapete fica escorregadio.
