Very pleased with purchase. Took 3 people 2 hours to put together( after putting some pieces upside down!) It is easy to put together, take your time & put your panels out in order( they’re all numbered). The cats love it! It’s a good size for 2 adult cats. Plenty room to move around. With 3 opening doors, you have the option to place next to a door/window. I recommend this catio! It is light enough to move( we have it on the lawn) but sturdy enough to give you piece of mind your cats are protected.

This item is a great edition for any feline friends. Its very well made from good materials, you will need two people to assemble. Its fairly easy to assemble, allow yourself two to four hours for assembling

Bought this for my Main Coons to be able to go outside safely. Assembly was relatively straightforward. However, forget the quoted 60 minutes assembly time! It took about four hours and that with two people working on it. Absolutely impossible to put together on your own. Can’t comment about longevity, of course. Other than that they love it.

So i tend to rarely leave reviews unless products are either a load of old pony or exceptional - this i am pleased to say is a positive review. Firstly the packaging, amazing how they get it all into the relatively small box, and then each piece is wrapped to perfection without excess material but just right. The identifying marks on each piece are actually quite hard to see and find, but once found it all makes perfect sense. It took 2 of us an hour to build with a cordless screwdriver (you will need one) and it was actually good fun to build. The finished product is amazing - how they build this and make money on it is incredible. you couldn't build anything half as good for less. One bit of advice, measure your door width before you build it all inside - ask me how i know !!! Add your own bits and toys and the kittens just love this and are in and out constantly. I have a couple of kittens still quite young, so with one of them flexi tubes from a play pen, connected to the back of the cat flap to the hatch and secured at both ends means they can come and go outside the house to the safety of the catio without risk of being hassled by other pets until they are larger and more confident. Very happy with this so far, having only had it a couple of weeks can't comment on durability being permanently positioned outside but I think given the same care/maintenance that you would to any other outdoor 'furniture', it looks as if it should be fine. Quite easy to assemble, we are not great at DIY but do own an electric screwdriver which was invaluable, it took us about 2.5 hours. I like the fact that it was not difficult to adapt to suit our needs. The lower 'cat flap' entrance proved fairly easy to adjust in height so that it now aligns with an existing cat flap in the back wall of our house. The top section full door opens towards our garden so we have easy access when outside. We have always had 'outdoor' cats but a few months ago adopted a 9yr old 'indoor' cat. She comes outside with us when we are in the garden, but the addition of this catio which she can access herself in the day through our cat flap is proving a success. We were concerned about the cost outlay for something she may not use, but in the short time we have had it, she can regularly be found in there watching the world go by.

Received in 2 packages delivered on separate days. All parts were present & numbered. The roof comes in 3 parts. The small bits on the roof keep coming off making a mess on the floor. The company has taken on feedback & included wood pieces to slant the roof. Assembly wasn’t too bad because the instructions are clear. I painted all the pieces twice to weatherproof which took some time as there are so many pieces. The wood is not strong. Once up it is creaky, doesn’t seem it will last long as Sapphire likes to jump a lot! She had a catio that was 8ft by 8ft in the old house that was so strong but we couldn’t afford one in the new house prices have gone crazy. It’s been up a week & she’s kind of bored with it as it is small & she hates being confined to small areas. Because it’s small when it rains the inside gets wet even though there is a roof. The roof was why we got it thinking she can enjoy some outdoor time throughout all the seasons. All in all a bit of a disappointment but will do for a few years while I save up for the 8ft by 8ft one.

We got this for our cats. Our door is slightly bigger so we put a mesh with a zip and connected the catio using a cat tunnel (see photos). Works well, feels sturdy enough. Took around 2.5 hours to build.

This is a lovely product. The only thing was allot of the wood didn’t have any drilled holes on one side but did the other, so we had to do that ourselves. And some of the wood was chipped or scraped in places. I would have sent it back if it hadn’t been I needed it urgently. But all in all it’s a lovely catio and the price is good. Took me and my sister nearly 3 hrs to do but we did have to drill allot of the holes ourselves like I said.

If you’re even thinking about buying a different product—don’t waste your time. I’ve tried a few different cat enclosures, and this one is by far the easiest to put together. The construction is strong, sturdy, and well-made. I absolutely love it, and my cats are thrilled with their new space. After thinking long and hard about how we were going to contain two rambunctious kittens on our raised deck, we settled on this catio. We read all the reviews and, at first, we were hesitant because of reading the negative reviews, but we decided to order anyway. We are glad we did. Here is what we found ... PACKAGING & LABELING: We found absolutely NO problem with the packaging or with the labelling. All parts were shipped in two boxes, packed appropriately, nothing was missing, and nothing was broken. Each wooden section was either stamped with the appropriate letter or had a clearly visible label on it. The directions were clear and concise. ASSEMBLY: Yes, it did take some time, as to be expected, and it did take two people for some steps. But, if you take the time to lay out each piece in separate piles according to sections as it is to be assembled, you shouldn't have any trouble. Much of it is a matter of common sense. STURDINESS: It does seem flimsy as you are putting it together, HOWEVER, once all sides are fastened, the screws are tightened, and the shelves and brackets are in place, the unit does become sturdier, and when the roof is in place it is definitely substantial. We live on a hill, in a development, and we get some fairly high winds at times, but because the sides are open and there is weight, to this unit it's not going anywhere. TIPS: BEFORE we did ANYTHING, we sealed each piece of wood AND the asphalt roof with Flex Seal. For the wood pieces, we brushed on two coats of the clear liquid gel, allowing them to dry completely between coats. For the roof, we brushed on a coat of the clear gel then applied a coat of the clear spray just to be safe. Flex Seal comes in clear, black, and white and is guaranteed for 30 years. We've had two rains, one was a heavy downpour, and we had no leaks. Another thing we did was add a strip of wood along the top of the front side of the frame under the three asphalt roof pieces creating a slight slant to allow rain to run off. Any rain that did remain puddled because of the Flex Seal (see photo) The wood strip also allows for extra airflow on those windy days. This helps with any concern of high winds blowing it away. Finally, I wasn't happy with the sturdiness of the side ledges where they meet in the middle, so I took a zip tie and fastened it around the brackets on each level of both sides to tighten them. Worked perfect!! SUMMARY: All in all, we are very pleased with this catio and we don't understand all the negative comments. We are especially puzzled by the photo of the collapsed roof. If the wood strips were used and applied properly, we don't see how that can happen. If you decide to purchase this catio, take your time and commit to assembling it properly. Don't rush and don't take shortcuts. Take the extra time and effort to properly seal the wood. Your kitties are worth it, and they'll love you for it. Ours have spent ours in their catio (and into the evening) watching the birds, enjoying the sounds, watching daddy do lawn work, and even taking their afternoon naps.
