Cheap and cheerful
It's a tape measure, small and handy to have around the home when you don't need a larger bulky tape measure. It's only marked with metric measurements on both sides of the upper surface, so don't expect to measure in feet and inches. Great value at less than a fiver.

Good Tape - But WAY Too Expensive
Good tape (metric only), but only 3 stars instead bof 5 because - why has it gone from around £5 to over £11??!!

Metric Only
The Stanley Tylon 3m steel tape is very well made. It is smooth both in action and feel. But it is METRIC ONLY. If like me you like to compare the metric sizes of things against the old imperial sizes then you should be aware this tape will not do it. Otherwise a very good product.

El metro de siempre.
¿Qué se puede decir de un metro Stanley? Calidad de toda la vida, este modelo tiene el exterior de material plástico frente al "clásico" de metal niquelado. Se refleja en el precio pero no tanto en la solidez del producto, que es magnífica, ya que el plástico es de muy buena calidad y da muy buena sensación en la mano, tanto el tacto como el agarre. Igual para uso intensivo en obras y ese tipo de trabajos vale la pena gastarse más en el modelo metálico, como metro para uso ocasional en el hogar, este va sobradísimo y debería durar toda la vida. Me ha resultado curioso que la indicación de lo que mide el cuerpo del metro venga en sistema imperial (pulgadas) en lugar del métrico (centímetros), no tiene mayor importancia, pone 2 3/4 pulgadas que son 7 centímetros, pero los modelos para el mercado europeo, y que además la cinta viene en sistema métrico, debería corregir eso. No le voy a quitar las 5 estrellas por esa tontería, pero creo que merece la pena comentarlo, y si llega a oídos del fabricante, pues a ver si me hacen caso... :)
