I purchased this for my daughter on her birthday. I have one of these totes and love it. My tote has a zipper and this one did not. But my daughter loves it along with the makeup bag which is really nice.

As expected. The size advertised is correct. The bag is roomy and light, easy to carry with big non scratchy handles. The bag has a pocket w a zipper which is another plus. A Nice matching pouch w a zipper is included that is very useful for smaller items. The bag is not see trough and keeps things private in case you need to bring a book or a bottle of champagne to a friend on a tough day (or 3 !) a Random ribbon was included to tie on whatever side of the handle you want; or skip the ribbon, if you hate ribbons. The bag doesn’t hold the shape when empty, fabric is sturdy but soft but I don’t assume anyone buys the bag to carry it empty although you never know these days ))No complains, just hope it will last more than a few months (fabric seems sturdy for now). Love the fact that it is reusable and environmentally friendly - it was a big factor in the decision to purchase this bag. I’m planning to use it for my short car trips (will fit necessities, laptop, umbrella and maybe an extra pair of shoes or a shawl for an outdoor concert) and for shopping instead of plastic bags that we should get rid of in the first place. Would be nice if it had a zipper, but we can’t have it all for $20! Also it is a cute and affordable gift option! I purchased one for a friend, added some large gift items and filled it with gift tissue to create a gift look instead of a paper gift bag that you can’t reuse)4 stars because I haven’t used it and simply don’t know if it will last. Overall, I approve!
