Watertight and so easy to empty.
Whilst camping came in really useful in the middle of the night instead of trudging through fields to the loo in the dark. Solid with no spills or smells. Great product highly recommended ๐

Good value for money and excellent customer support.
it is such a shame that I was not able to give this product a higher score as the company that supplies them through Amazon have been second to none for support.The product arrived on time and well packaged and was easy to use. Unfortunately the small flush/pump that is mounted on the reservoir only lasted about 5 months before it failed to operate. When I asked if there was a service kit or spare parts to address the problem the company immediately offered to replace the whole unit without question!Sadly after a similar time period the new unit developed a similar problem and once again the company has been quick to offer a solution. I suspect this unit might be perfectly serviceable for occasional leisure use but it is in constant use on our boat so has not proved to be robust enough to last when used most every day. It would be my recommendation that the company who markets this product make it clear to prospective users that it is for occasional leisure use and dos not have any serviceable parts - like most things in this modern world it must be replaced rather than being repaired when it devepopes a fault.

10 litre is Useless for solids
I used it once and have thrown it away!First of all the bowl is quite shallow, so if you don't position yourself correctly, the solids don't drop properly.Secondly, the waste tank is oddly shaped inside, so yet again any larger solids won't drop properly. I'm sure the 20 litre would be better but you'll still have the shallow bowl. I've now bought a Thetford 365, which has a much more realistic sized bowl, it's worth the extra cost!
