I was surprised by the note on Amazon that this is frequentyly returned. I found it to be exactly a spromised and it did the job of curling my cheese perfectly. It doesnt have a dome but thats fine I have food film

It works quite well, depending on how hard the cheese is. Easy to mount, dismount and clean. But when you reach the end of the cheese, the cutter is shorter than the groove at the edge of the wood, so it’s not possible to fully finish the cheese and a mark is left parallel to the groove. It doesn’t really matter for 95% of the cheese.

I bought an expensive piece of cheese from Oakville market in the Napa Valley. I was excited to try this as a lot of the wineries made these beautiful and creamy flowers using this cheese wheel. I think they must’ve used a different wheel brand because my cheese just was too thick and inconsistent fell apart. It ruined a $26 wheel of cheese. Maybe if it came with instructions I might’ve made able to make it work as there may have been some trick to the whole thing.

It was so easy to use, even my young grandchildren could make beautiful flowers

High quality cheese curler that looks great and is eSy to assemble. I’d like it to be a little sharper so removing one star but otherwise great product. The “curls” look like flowers. Very pretty and a hit with guests. We like to serve Tête de Moin with it.

The Cheese curler works perfectly. I can now enjoy Tete du Moine again.
