Description

SIMPLE TO USE: Get sliced or minced garlic in seconds. Simply place the peeled garlic cloves into the hopper. Once the hopper is filled, place the lid on top and move the top and bottom back and forth across the blade that sits at the top of the clear container. Remove the hopper with the blade attached, then use the scraper to remove the uniform slices or strands out of the container.
INTERCHANGEABLE BLADES: Whether you want to slice or mince garlic, this cooking utensil makes it easy! Simply pop in the mincer blade with multiple grater teeth for uniform strands or use the single, sharp slicing blade for thin, delicate slices. Gone is the need for professional knife skills!
FLAVORFUL RESULTS: Optimum flavor comes from freshly sliced or grated garlic, where it's natural oils are retained. This set creates nicely textured garlic pieces that blend easily into any dish, adding amazing aroma and flavor. To keep the pungent oils from your hands, an on board scraper is included and fits the container for scraping out the garlicky goodness.
MADE in USA: The Microplane Garlic Mincer and Slicer set features surgical grade stainless steel blades made in the USA. We are proud to support US jobs and the US economy.
DISHWASHER SAFE: Top Rack Dishwasher Safe. The small scraper is also dishwasher safe, however, due to it's small size, be sure to place it in a closed utensil basket or hand wash instead.

Mince and slice garlic effortlessly with this garlic mince and slice set from Microplane. Its durable stainless steel blade is made in the USA. Unlike a press, the garlic mincer produces finely textured garlic pieces. It uses a simple back and forth motion to operate, and is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hand. This set comes with two blades - one for mincing and grating garlic and the other for slicing. Its large capacity chamber accommodates up to three peeled cloves. Even better, it is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.3-1/2" L x 1-1/2" W x 3" H
