Now this one is bigger a quart that is great because I love making homemade chilli and my own sauce. But I noticed that this crock gets very hot and if you put it on high it will be boiling as well things like my Chili has boiled hot. But I would recommend it to anyone. The only downfall is there isnt like a pin hole in the lid. Enjoy Chris
